It may be hard to believe but panic attacks in children may happen. It is harder because they are still young and more vulnerable. Most parents may think that their young are under no stress and worry. This is another misconception, since children panic attack can be possible and can happen to any kid.

Some people feel a loss of coordination when taking these type of drugs. Day to day activities feeling this way may be hard to do. The feeling as if you are hung over may be tough to handle.

The benzodiazepines break down in the body rather slowly so this can cause them to build up in your system. This can cause you to eventually become overly medicated. This makes you appear drunk or heavily sedated. Let’s look into all the side effects of this group of drugs.

The commonly occurring side effects are: dizziness, impaired judgement or thinking, loss of memory, drowsiness, slurred speech, clumsiness, depression, being disoriented, and blurred vision. You can now see why to take these drugs cautiously and to follow the dosage directions to the tee.

Also when taking these medications be sure to remember about cross reactions with other drugs. You would hate to have to deal with some fairly serious side effects from mixing the wrong drugs. This could range from making certain drugs more or less effective to having a hard time breathing. Also if you get too drowsy from taking any medication make sure not to drive while on it. We’ll begin this little story with a statement of fact. The best way to stop panic attacks is by losing the “fear” of them.

Yes, it is that simple. It will be simple for you, also, if you just take certain steps.

That said, I’ll illustrate for you what happened to me.

I’m glad to say that I only “remember” the scourge of panic attacks. I figured out how to stop panic attacks, and once you know how, they can’t come back!

You can be rid of this horrible disorder, too! It’s not your fault AND it’s easy to cure. Please read on.

I only remember them. I no longer experience them. For me, there is no fear anymore. For me, they are gone forever! I had struggled with panic attacks and anxiety for SIX YEARS before I, all at once, literally, just “let go” of them.

Of course I still had anxiety. All of us do and our anxiety levels move up and down. It’s just that normal people don’t start getting anxious, and have it rise to epic proportions, making them think they might be crazy! That’s on top of being scared.

Before I get into the rest of the story, I’d have to say that ways to stop panic attacks were on my mind at all times. I just hadn’t found one that worked!

Besides that, I was concerned about them AND I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to break free from these attacks…these malevolent events that felt like psychotic breakdowns.

I pictured in my mind the panic attack as an “evil entity”. A dark figure. An imaginary “being” that was out to get me. And, so far, it was getting me all right!

After about six years I saw the a panic attack come into my space, and, unable to get hold of me and grow, it gave up and went away. It was the end for panic attacks in my life!. And it was one of the best times of my life.

It was wonderful, and it was so realistic that I remember it like an old favorite movie.

Here’s a quick rundown of the last time a panic attack tried to force it’s way into my world.

There I was, sitting at a stop light in my car. I started to feel the fear of having a panic attack at the business meeting I was headed toward.

Meetings were a real problem for me. I had had panic attacks in meetings and there was always the chance that it would happen again.

I was always afraid that, at a business meeting, I would turn red, break into a sweat, become unable to think clearly, and have to make an excuse to get out of there. It had happened before, and was likely to happen again, I thought.

All of a sudden I could sense that the panic attack was just forming into it’s heinous self, right behind me, in the back seat. I started to panic.

Something sort of came over me. I decided I wasn’t afraid. And, for the first time, I had no fear. Plus I was angry. I wasn’t going to put up with it anymore!

I screamed! I shouted something like “I’m not afraid of you anymore! You are through here now. Leave now and never come back!” And I believed it and they didn’t ever come back.

And that was it, just like that. No more panic attacks.

Now, there were a thousand instances prior to this that led me to this “one move” that day in the car.

So, to finish the story about that time when panic attacks stopped for me, the light turned green, and as I pulled away, I could see, in my minds eye, the “evil entity” being run down by the other cars behind me!

It sounds a little crazy, but a lot of things associated with extreme anxiety and panic attacks have a “crazy feel” to them. That’s part of what causes the fear.

And it is fear that causes panic attacks.

It all comes down to becoming unafraid of the thought of a panic attack returning. Once you have that fear gone the attacks are gone. And for good.

The techniques for getting rid of your fear of panic attacks are easy to implement. The reason it took me six years is because I had to work it out by myself. You don’t.

panic-attacks-in-children1/”>panic-attacks-in-children1Being around children can be an arduous undertaking for many people.  They need constant help, and constant attention.  The demands imposed by life with a child are daunting, and not to be taken lightly.  All too often, however, we forget the real victims of this crisis; the children.  Children are capable of speaking, eating, and understanding complex adult ideas.  Why should we be surprised when children panic attacks happen?

First, what are children panic attacks, and how is it similar to a panic attack that an adult may suffer from?  Are the causes the same?  Are the symptoms diagnosable with the same rubric that one would use to diagnose an adult?  Is there any hope for the tiny sufferer?  In all cases, the answer to these painful questions is yes.
